If you haven’t figured out by now, our brewmaster loves IPA’s. This series will focus on ingredients never previously used here at 46, or in some cases, hop combinations never tried before either.
Our eleventh release in this series is Capricorn.
We pulled out all the stops for our last two releases in this series. Our brewmaster has combined all of his favourites hops to create the ultimate IPA hop blend! This combination of hops has never been done before at 46 North, however it almost feels like cheating... how could a beer not taste good that combines, Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra.
