If you haven’t figured out by now, our brewmaster loves IPA’s. This series will focus on ingredients never previously used here at 46, or in some cases, hop combinates never tried before either.
Our eighth release in this series is Scorpio.
Scorpio, the ninth installment in our zodiac series features the Trident hop from the Hopsteiner company. NEver before used at 46 North. This hop imparts a bit of whildberry or blueberry notes on the palate. A very stuttle and easy drinking IPA.
