Finkle and Einhorn, what's the connection... what does it all mean?
Our brewmasters obsession with Ace Ventura Pet Detective is deeply rooted, deep down in his soul. This beer is another obscure movie reference, and will most likely spawn more Ace themed beers in the future.
We brewed the same beer, two days in a row. A double hazy IPA, added lactose for smooth and full bodied mouthfeel, then, after fermentation was complete, each batch received a different fruit.
This is Einhorn and received Passion Fruit.
