Whether you are ordering your favorite brews straight to your door or stopping by to grab them in person, we want to make getting your beer as smooth as possible. We offer reliable flat-rate courier shipping across Ontario, as well as quick, convenient options for local pickup at our bottle shop. Please review our full shipping guidelines, order change policies, and age verification requirements below.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer flat-rate shipping for $15 anywhere in Ontario. Parcels are securely packaged and shipped directly from the brewery between Tuesday and Thursday. Delivery via our courier usually takes 2–5 business days, though precise delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Once the courier scans your package at pickup, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you.

Legal Requirements & Restrictions

Age Verification: A signature and proof of legal drinking age (19+ photo ID) are strictly required upon delivery. Due to current liquor legislation, we cannot ship any orders outside the province of Ontario. Additionally, please note that PO Box addresses are not eligible for shipping.

Changes, Damages & Refunds

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make adjustments, additions, or substitutions. If your order hasn't been processed yet, contact us to cancel it so you can place a new one. Please note that all sales are final—we do not offer refunds on beer products. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and email them to us so we can resolve the issue.

In-Store Pickup

Local pickup is always free and available anytime our bottle shop is open. You will receive a notification email the moment your order is packed and ready to go.
